PANETTONE MAKING PROCESS

Panettone making process is quite complicated as well as time consuming, but it is also the one that offers this special taste! After baking, Panettone is hung upside down for several hours, in order to achieve this spectacular puff, while its cylindrical shape is due to the baking paper, with which the dough is wrapped until the process is completed.
