“Sweet Creations for Pastry Shops”, a journey into the world of chocolate

This October was filled with the aroma of chocolate as our company, in collaboration with the Callebaut Chocolate Academy, jointly organized an exceptional event dedicated to the art of chocolate.

The two-day event titled “Sweet Creations for Pastry shops” took place in our R&D laboratory, where several guests enjoyed unique creations and imaginative sweet suggestions. Ilias Nikola, top chef from the Athens Chocolate Academy, collaborated with our exceptional pastry chef and head of the R&D department, Nikolas Galanakis, revealing secrets and techniques of chocolate to their guests.

Visitors had the opportunity to witness the entire process of creating sweets up close, from initial design to special techniques and the final production of unique recipes.
