ZYMITIS stands for sourdough bread in ancient Greek and encompasses a new premium range of sourdough, materializing the company’s desire to offer new options to professional bakers, pursuing added value final products, aligned with the current nutritional trends.

Zymitis line includes a wide range of liquid, dry and active sourdoughs, constantly enriched with new products.
