A special pastry demonstration in collaboration with Flora Group International was held with great success on Wednesday, March 11 at the premises of Papageorgiou Foods SA in Ovria, Patras, in the company’s R&D department.<\/p>\n

The event was held on the occasion of the new collaboration that Papageorgiou Foods launched with Flora Group at the beginning of the year, as the official distributor of its products for Southwestern \u00a0Greece. As part of the event, the company’s customers and partners had the opportunity to attend an impressive live pastry demo by the distinguished pastry chef Mr. Dimitris Chronopoulos with his assistant Mr. Nikos Kypraios.<\/p>\n

Together with our company’s partner Mr. Nickolas Galanakis, they presented creative pastry applications with Flora and Rama products, of plant and plant-based origin, highlighting the functionality, quality and possibilities they offer to professionals in the sector.<\/p>\n

At the same time, attendees had the opportunity to admire an impressive ice cream showcase with unique flavors, with the Flora Ice Cream Mix 100% plant based base, highlighting the modern trends in plant-based confectionery. During the presentation, the Chef shared valuable techniques and professional tips from his many years of experience in the confectionery industry, offering inspiration and practical knowledge to the professionals who participated.<\/p>\n

The event ended in a very positive atmosphere, with the exchange of ideas, taste experiences and new perspectives for future collaborations..<\/p>\n
