Ilias Nikola, top chef from the Athens Chocolate Academy, collaborated with our exceptional pastry chef and head of the R&amp;D department, Nikolas Galanakis, revealing secrets and techniques of chocolate to their guests.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors had the opportunity to witness the entire process of creating sweets up close, from initial design to special techniques and the final production of unique recipes.<\/p>\n<p>The success of the event and the warm response from our visitors, fill us with excitement and anticipation for our next meeting in collaboration with Callebaut, in this sweet journey
